The initial phone call to discuss counselling is free and is usually 20 mins long. Counselling sessions are offered on an hourly basis.

Appointments are in person or online. I have access to a private therapeutic space. Our initial chat can be over the phone or online. If you have any specific accessibility requirements or wish to discuss the space please feel free to message me.
